Update 3: Leaderboards

This is a big one and there are a couple of things:

1. Leaderboards

You can now post your scores and distances to compare yourself to all the other child kickers out there. Who will be the ultimate child kicker????

2. Accounts

I AM NOT COLLECTING PLAYER INFO. You don't need to put in your email or anything, just a username and a password. I didn't really want to implement a user accounts, but it was the only way to ensure the database was secure and so that players could update their scores as they play. The upside is that it allows settings to be saved. If this game were not a flash game, it would not require passwords, but I couldn't find any other way to verify a user from a browser. 

3. Various improvements

The kiddos were really hard to kick when they were mid attack, so I fixed that. Also, there was a bug where children coming from the right side of the screen were almost never bad. Beware.
